A hidden world, discreetly tucked away somewhere in the north of Essen, right in the middle of the Ruhr area. What waits for you is a fully equipped BDSM holiday apartment with a certain erotic mood, put together with a lot of care and furnished with imaginative pieces made for restraint. From Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Duisburg or Bochum you are here in a good half hour, and from anywhere else in North Rhine-Westphalia the drive is short.
Experienced players are just as welcome as curious explorers and adventurous beginners.
Not a hotel, not a studio: all 100 square metres are yours alone, every room, kitchen and bathroom included. As an erotic holiday apartment it suits a few hours just as well as several nights.

No, payment is always made in advance. You can pay by bank transfer, by card through Stripe or with PayPal.
We do not rent out our property anonymously, we hope you understand. You can pay from a neutral account or with PayPal to a neutral address.
A viewing beforehand is not possible. The apartment looks exactly the way it does in the photos.
The whole apartment to yourselves, bed linen and towels, the final cleaning, VAT, water, tea and coffee, and hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, shower gel, disinfectant, gloves and condoms.
Up to 28 days before your stay the full amount is credited, from 27 to 15 days before it is half, and under 15 days nothing is credited. You can pass your booking on to other guests at any time.
For the sake of discretion we do not publish the exact address. The apartment is in Essen-Borbeck, about 4 km from the A42 motorway and 7 km from Centro Oberhausen. You get the address after booking.
There are at least twelve hours between booking and arrival, so that we can get the apartment ready without rushing.
