City tax
Since August 2025 the city of Essen has charged a city tax on accommodation. It is 5 per cent on rent, additional hours and additional guests, capped at 9 € per day. It does not apply to the machines or the garage. We show it separately when you book and on the invoice.

Cancellation
Up to 28 days before: The full amount is credited towards a later booking.
27 to 15 days before: Half is credited.
Under 15 days: Nothing can be credited any more.
