Our small apartment with two themed worlds: the SM studio and the fetish clinic. While you are here, it belongs to you alone.
Small enough for two,

The Little Island has 65 square metres and is made for two people. Two themed rooms, its own kitchen, its own bathroom, its own entrance. You share nothing with anyone, not even the hallway.
The SM studio and the fetish clinic are two worlds with a character all their own: warm gold and candlelight on one side, the bright white of the clinic on the other. If you are looking for a fetish apartment or a BDSM hotel, what you get here is a whole SM apartment to yourselves.
You sleep in the studio, the bed is made up for two. Without an overnight stay there is room for up to six people. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment.

The SM studio
The large room with the golden wallpaper. This is where the bed with the lying cage underneath stands, along with the St Andrew's cross, the bondage bench and the slave stool. A rope pulley with a spreader bar hangs from the ceiling, next to it the love swing. The furniture is built from steel, by Secret Steel.

The fetish clinic
A room of its own, bright and hygienic, with a real gyn chair and leg rests. A large ceiling mirror hangs above it. The massage table is meant for relaxing hours and works just as well as an examination table. Speculum, kidney dish, stethoscope and medicine cabinet are here; please bring any special clinical instruments yourself.

Toys and equipment
Canes, crops, carpet beaters, whips and paddles hang ready on the wall. The drawers hold ropes, handcuffs, wrist and ankle cuffs, clamps, blindfolds, gags, a collar and leads. Gloves, disinfectant, lubricant and condoms are a given. The range keeps growing, so nothing here is binding.

Kitchen and bathroom
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooker, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and all the crockery. In the fridge there is a minibar with drinks at fair prices. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower; towels, shower gel and shampoo are ready for you.

The sex machine
to add on.
The sex machine is not part of the standard setup in the Little Island, but you can add it to any booking. There is a garage of its own as well, in case you arrive by car and would rather not be seen.
